Question 1

How do I choose the right finish for bathroom accessories?

Accepted Answer

Match your accessories to your taps and shower fittings for a cohesive look. If your taps are brushed brass, choose brushed brass robe hooks, towel rails, and toilet roll holders. We stock complete accessory ranges in chrome, brushed brass, brushed nickel, matt black, and gunmetal so you can coordinate everything perfectly.

Question 2

Are bathroom accessories easy to install?

Accepted Answer

Most bathroom accessories — robe hooks, towel rings, toilet roll holders — are wall-mounted using screws and wall plugs. Fixings are typically included. Some brands offer concealed fixing systems where the mounting bracket is hidden behind the accessory for a cleaner look. Tiled walls may require a tile drill bit.

Question 3

What height should I mount bathroom accessories?

Accepted Answer

As a guide: towel rails at 900-1100mm from the floor, robe hooks at 1500-1600mm, toilet roll holders at 600-700mm (in line with the toilet cistern), soap dispensers at 900-1000mm. These are guidelines — adjust for your household's comfort and any accessibility needs.

Question 4

What are grab rails and who needs them?

Accepted Answer

Grab rails provide support and stability in the bathroom, particularly near the bath, shower, and toilet. They're essential for elderly users or anyone with mobility issues, but they're useful for everyone — wet bathroom surfaces can be slippery. Our range includes stylish grab rails that look like regular towel rails. Browse our grab rails collection.

Question 5

Do you sell matching accessory sets?

Accepted Answer

Yes — many of our brands offer coordinated ranges where you can buy matching robe hooks, towel rails, toilet roll holders, soap dispensers, tumblers, and shelves in the same finish. This is the easiest way to achieve a consistent, designed look. Filter by brand and finish on our accessories collection page.
