Working days only. All delivery timeframes are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 2pm Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will dispatch on Monday. We do not offer weekend delivery.

Changed your mind? Return it within 30 days at your own cost. If it's faulty or damaged, we'll collect it free of charge.

Changed your mind? You arrange and pay for return delivery to the address we provide. For large or heavy items (baths, shower trays, furniture, enclosures) that means booking a suitable courier yourself, and the cost can be significant. If your item is faulty or damaged, we book a free collection from your door instead.
Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Returns accepted within 30 days of the delivery date
- Free collection on mainland UK for faulty or damaged items
- Change-of-mind returns are at your own cost — you arrange and pay for return delivery, including a suitable courier for large or heavy items such as shower trays and baths
- Toilet seats cannot be returned once the hygiene seal has been removed, unless faulty
- Made-to-order and bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty
- Items damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, or improper cleaning are not eligible
