• Payment details — card/payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

• Communications — messages you send us and our replies.

How and why we use it (legal bases)

• To fulfil your order (process payment, deliver, handle returns and support) — performance of a contract.

How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements (generally up to 6 years). Marketing consent data is kept until you unsubscribe or object.
